The Book Do It Yourself a really interesting book. It has crafts and recipes for making food, and the girls could also make your own face cream for the girls. It is a lot different from any other book that I have read because, it has things that you probably have never seen in a book that your mom gets in the mail it is a book just for us girls. It has thing like how to make your face look pretty, food, fashion and your space like in your room. Some of my favorite things in the Do-It-Your-Self book are the Berry Beautiful Mask, the Stencil It, and Aunt Audrey’s Ice Cream Pie. The Berry Beautiful Mask works great and after your face fills so smooth. The Stencil It I like a lot because if you have that white or different colored shirt that you just don’t want to wear because it is just so plane that you don’t like it you can put some excitement into it by stenciling it! Oh man how could I forget the Aunt Audrey’s Ice Cream Pie! It is made with, 2 pints of ice cream, chocolate piecrust, 2 cups of chocolate chips (or broken-up chocolate bars), and chocolate cookies. UMMM!! That is my favorite thing in this book.

I would recommend this book because it is filled with some of the greatest and funniest things to do on a rainy day or just board at home with a friend. I think the people that would like it the best are all girls but especially girls 8-16 or girls that really are into fashion. There really aren't books that I would recommend but a web site that is, www.planetyumthing.net. You can find these things that I mention above and much more.
