In the unsolved mystery of The Wolf Girls there was an orphanage "The Home". J.A.L Singh was responsible for "The Home". At that house Singh took care of two girls who were raised by jungle wolves. One of the girls was two years old, and the other girl was eight years old. Singh makes up a story, and writes in a journal how he rescued the girls. He also writes that the two-year girl, Amala died on September 1921, and the big girl, Kamala died September 1929 and was 16 years old. What I liked most in this book was when Singh saved the girls from the wolf because the girls could have died by catching disease and died. I didn't like when the villagers didn't feed Amala and Kamala because they thought they were really ghosts instead of human. I would positively recommend this book because of the interesting journalism Singh wrote. This book will be a great book for kids ten and older because they will understand the book and it would be a good mystery for them. (October, 2001)
