"Justice League", is a fun game chock-full of superheroes that you always wanted to meet each other, but never actually get together in the movies. This game is your chance to do just that!

Seven heroes and eight villains battle it out in this action-packed game, with pairings you never thought possible before!

On the hero side, you have Superman, the sole survivor of the planet Krypton, who has great strength s well as strong character. Then there is Wonder Woman, also known as Princess Diana of Themyscira, daughter of Amazon Queen Hippolyta. Martian Manhunter, who is not as well known, is the last survivor of an ancient Martian race, and can shape-shift. The Flash is the fastest man alive, as a result of an electrochemical accident. Batman, who is familiar to you, is a well-know fighter for justice. Hawkgirl, who, I didn't know too well, is named Shayera and has excellent hand-to-hand combat skills. Finally, there is Green Lantern, who was an earthling until he got the Power Ring from the special Green Lantern Corps. Now he possesses special powers.

The eight villains all have their special evil ways. They are The Joker, Ultra-Humanite, Lex Luthor, The Shade, Cheetah, Felix Faust, Solomon Grundy, and Star Sapphire.

On any given mission, you get two Justice League superheroes. Each level has two predetermined members paired together, so you can't choose who you want to fight together. I haven't gone through all the levels to see all the pairings, but there are many different combinations. The villains they go up against are creative and cunning. You have to protect the health of your superheroes to make sure they do not weaken and let the villains take over.

I enjoyed this game a great deal and played it a lot while on a road trip. The violence was not too great and so unrealistic that you couldn't possible be frightened by it. It was more like the comic-book variety. I think the game would be suitable for anyone interested in it, although it helps to be familiar with at least some of the characters.
